PURPOSE To study the natural movement of corneal epithelial cells in the normal adult mouse with histology and in vivo microscopy. METHODS A transgenic mouse line that was engineered to ubiquitously express green fluorescent protein (GFP) was used to visualize corneal epithelial cells.
