  • Light nonaqueous phase liquid (LNAPL) contamination of subsoil is a serious problem affecting human health and disturbing the environment. This paper describes centrifuge tests of LNAPL migration in a sandy soil layer that were focused on a soil-cement barrier as a containment to protect the groundwater from contamination.
