OBJECTIVE The aim of this case report was to analyze clinical and histological features of a central odontogenic fibroma followed up for 6 years after surgical excision. METHODS A 26-year old Caucasian female was referred, reporting a painless gingival swelling in the buccal area of the maxillary right canine.
