Central nervous system lesions and developmental scoliosis in myelomeningocele.


Hydrocephalus, spinal cord tethering, cord atresia, hydromyelia, syringomyelia and various manifestations of the Arnold-Chiari malformation occur in association with scoliosis in patients with myelomeningocele.
