The clinicopathological features of central intraductal papillomas of the breast presenting with florid usual ductal hyperplasia or atypical ductal hyperplasia (ADH) were analyzed in a retrospective series of 119 patients, whose lesions were sent to the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology from 1976 to 1990.
