We use the theory of $\textbf{U}_q$-tilting modules to construct cellular bases for centralizer algebras. Our methods are quite general and work for any quantum group $\textbf{U}_q$ attached to a Cartan matrix and include the non-semisimple cases for $q$ being a root of unity and ground fields of positive characteristic. Our approach also generalizes to certain categories containing infinite-dimensional modules. As applications, we give a new semisimplicty criterion for centralizer algebras… Expand
Tilting modules and cellular categories
In this paper we study categories of tilting modules. Our starting point is the tilting modules for a reductive algebraic group G in positive characteristic. Here we extend the main result in [8] byExpand
Tilting modules and the p-canonical basis
In this paper we propose a new approach to tilting modules for reductive algebraic groups in positive characteristic. We conjecture that translation functors give an action of the (diagrammatic)Expand
q-SCHUR ALGEBRAS CORRESPONDING TO HECKE ALGEBRAS OF TYPE B
In this paper the authors investigate the $q$-Schur algebras of type B that were constructed earlier using coideal subalgebras for the quantum group of type A. The authors present a coordinateExpand
Derived counterparts of fusion categories of quantum groups
Abstract In this paper, we study derived versions of the fusion category associated to Lusztig's quantum group U q . The categories that arise in this way are not semisimple but recovers the usualExpand
Light ladders and clasp conjectures
Morphisms between tensor products of fundamental representations of the quantum group of sl(n) are described by the sl(n)-webs of Cautis-Kamnitzer-Morrison. Using these webs, we provide an explicit,Expand
DIAGRAMMATIC CONSTRUCTION OF REPRESENTATIONS OF SMALL QUANTUM sl2

Schur–Weyl duality, Verma modules, and row quotients of Ariki–Koike algebras
We prove a Schur-Weyl duality between the quantum enveloping algebra of $\mathfrak{gl}_m$ and certain quotient algebras of Ariki-Koike algebras, which we give explicitly. The duality involves severalExpand
THE CENTER OF SL2 TILTING MODULES
In this note we compute the centers of the categories of tilting modules for G=SL2 in prime characteristic, of tilting modules for the corresponding quantum group at a complex root of unity, and ofExpand
