The primary cardiomyocyte-specific peptide (PCM) and the cell-penetrating peptide (CPP), HIV-Tat (49-57), were incorporated into the polymer, cystamine bisacrylamide-diaminohexane (CBA-DAH), to increase the delivery of RNAi to target cells, specifically cardiomyocytes.
