A complete taxonomic catalogue of the Stick and Leaf-insects (Phasmatodea) recorded or described from the mainland China (excluding Taiwan) is presented. 241 valid species are listed, which are currently attributed to 50 genera, 5 families and 7 subfamilies. Genera and species are listed alphabetically. All available type-data is provided based mainly on literary sources for species described by Chinese workers from 1986 to 2006, including documented depository of typespecimens. The catalogue…

TLDR
A new genus, Pseudoparamenexenus gen. nov., is erected for Paramenexeni yangi Chen & He, 2002 including the first descriptions of male and egg, and two new species with two new subspecies are described.
Contribution to the knowledge of Oriental Phasmatodea II: A taxonomic study of the genus Paragongylopus (Phasmatodea: Pachymorphinae: Gratidiini)

Remarks on the Genus Necroscia (Phasmatodea, Diapheromeridae, Necrosciinae) from China, with Two New Records, One New Synonym, and One New Combination and Key to the Species
Abstract There are nine Necroscia species recognized in China, among which N. inflata (Redtenbacher) and N. marginata (Gray) are reported for the first time from China. One new synonym is discovered:
Two new stick insect species of Sosibia Stål (Phasmatodea: Lonchodidae: Necrosciinae) from China and the first report on mitochondrial genomes of this genus.
TLDR
The two mitochondrial genomes of these new Sosibia species were sequenced and annotated for the first time and the compositional biases, codon usage, nucleotide composition, and construct tRNA secondary structures of the two mitogenomes were analyzed.
Giant Sticks from Vietnam and China, with three new taxa including the second longest insect known to date (Phasmatodea, Phasmatidae, Clitumninae, Pharnaciini)
TLDR
The species is redescribed and the authors’ attribution corrected, the egg is described and figured for the first time, and the genus Baculonistria now contains three species, which is the first species of Phobaeticus recorded from Vietnam.
