Primary cutaneous infections with Nocardia asteroides are rare and have been reported in immunocompromised patients. Herein, we report a case of primary cutaneous Nocardia asteroides mycetoma of the skin in an immunocompetent individual. The infection was treated successfully with trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole.
