  • An 84-year old woman, born in Itamuji (Minas Gerais) and from Sao Paulo (SP), with arterial hypertension, history of atrial fibrillation, and former smoker, has sought for emergency medical care due to a prolonged precordial pain (Mar 03, 2010).
