Conotruncal anomalies are congenital heart defects that result from abnormal formation and septation of the outflow tracts of the heart and great vessels. The major conotruncal anomalies include tetralogy of Fallot, transposition of the great arteries, double-outlet right ventricle, truncus arteriosus, and interrupted aortic arch.
