Within the frames of Alfv\'en sweep maser theory the description of morphological features of geomagnetic pulsations in the ionosphere with frequencies (0.1-10 Hz) in the vicinity of Schumann resonance (7.83 Hz) is obtained. It is shown that the related regular spectral shapes of geomagnetic pulsations in the ionosphere determined by "viscosity" and "elasticity" of magneto-plasma medium that control the nonlinear relaxation of energy and deviation of Alfv\'en wave energy around its equilibrium…

TLDR
It follows that humans may represent an additional, previously unrecognized source of weak (1–10 nT) ambient ELF magnetic fields, suggesting external interactions similar to the various ELf magnetic perturbations that are linked to homeostatic and endocrine-related physiological effects.
Interactions between Earth’s local magnetic field and cardiovascular system parameters of women, performing sedentary work, during their workweek
TLDR
The correlations between ECG parameters (RR, JT and QRS intervals ant ST amplitude) during the workweek changed from negative to positive, which appears to be associated with fatigue influence on person sensitivity to local GMF.
A unipolar pulse electromagnetic field apparatus for magnetic therapy
TLDR
The UPEMF device provides an approximate unipolar electromagnetic field and meets the medical requirements of magnetic therapy in terms of frequency, shape, and intensity.
Radio Signals from the DNA: A Philosophical Issue
This paper discusses the nature of electromagnetic radio signals and summarizes the advances in optogenetics and radiogenetics that have found a substantial number of genes in both humans and other
The Sixth Sense-Emotional Contagion; Review of Biophysical Mechanisms Influencing Information Transfer in Groups
Rioting historically has been known to cause changes in individual cognition, with heightened emotionality, increased excitement and reduced reflective thought. A cross-disciplinary literature review
An Observer-inclusive Hypothesis Suggesting a Reduction of the Perceived Universe to String Interactions
Physics and neuroscience share overlapping objectives, the major of which is probably the attempt to reduce the observed universe to a set of rules. The approaches are complementary, attempting to
A = 432: A superior tuning or just a different intonation? How tuning standards affects emotional response, timbre and sound quality in music
The purpose of this study was to explore the ways tuning to A = 432 Hz affects emotional response, timbre, sound quality, character and tone compared to the standard tuning of A = 440 Hz, and wheth

TLDR
Observations of polar amino acids in solution exhibit sharp discontinuities at ICR magnetic fields tuned to the specific charge to mass ratio of the amino acid, reinforcing the notion that physical factors acting to influence the electric polarization in living organisms play a key role in biology.
Molecular gyroscopes and biological effects of weak extremely low-frequency magnetic fields.

TLDR
A biophysical mechanism has been proposed, which retains the attractive features of the ion interference mechanism and predicts physical characteristics that might be experimentally examined and uses the principles of gyroscopic motion and removes the necessity to postulate large lifetimes.
Temporal and spatial characteristics of Pc1 geomagnetic pulsations
A long-term continuous series (1957–1992) of ground-based observations of ULF emissions in the frequency range of 0.2–5.0 Hz (Pc1) was investigated. To present information uniformly and facilitate
Pc 1 micropulsations at a high‐latitude station: A study over nearly four solar cycles
An old but rarely used resonance method is introduced and examined in order to study the very long term occurrence of Pc 1 micropulsations. By this method it is possible to detect Pc 1 pulsations
Decade fluctuations in geomagnetic westward drift and Earth rotation
Numerous studies of the variations of the Earth's rotation have been made since 1900 (summarized in refs 1, 2). It seems well established that variations in the rotation with periods equal to or less
Axion mechanism of the Sun luminosity and solar dynamo - geodynamo connection
We show existence of strong negative correlation between the temporal variations of magnetic field toroidal component of the solar tachocline (the bottom of convective zone) and the Earth magnetic
Magnetobiology: Underlying Physical Problems
People are immersed in electromagnetic fields from such sources as power lines, domestic appliances, mobile phones, and even electrical storms. All living beings sense electric fields, but the
Radiofrequency and Extremely Low-Frequency Electromagnetic Field Effects on the Blood-Brain Barrier
TLDR
In this review, the scientific findings in this field are presented, where some studies show effects on the blood-brain barrier, whereas others do not, and possible mechanisms for the interactions between electromagnetic fields and the living organisms are discussed.
Static and low-frequency magnetic field effects: health risks and therapies
Many biological processes are affected by electromagnetic fields. Hence incremental internal fields generated by external magnetic fields can be expected to affect that biology. With some exceptions,
