Camptothecin induces differentiation and stimulates the expression of differentiation-related genes in U-937 human promonocytic leukemia cells.

We have studied the effect of the DNA topoisomerase I inhibitor camptothecin on growth, differentiation, and gene expression in U-937 human promonocytic leukemia cells.
