Abstract. The traditional Boundary Element Method (BEM) is a collection of numerical techniques for solving some partial differential equations. The classical BEM produces a fully populated coefficients matrix. With Galerkin Boundary Element Method (GBEM) is possible to produce a symmetric coefficients matrix.
