BACKGROUND Renal transplantation is the procedure of choice for most of patients with end-stage renal disease. The graft, however can be procured from either cadaver or living donors. OBJECTIVE To compare graft and patient survival among patients who underwent kidney transplantation from cadaver donor vs. living donor.
