Using new human CXCR3 chemokine receptor–specific monoclonal antibodies, we studied human CXCR3 tissue distribution in lymphoid and nonlymphoid organs, as well as in inflammatory conditions, including rheumatoid arthritis, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, and dermal vasculitis.
