The decay amplitude of $B^+\to \pi^+\pi^-\pi^+$ in the Dalitz plot has been analyzed by the LHCb using three different approaches for the $S$-wave component. It was found that the mode with $\sigma$ (or $f_0(500)$) exhibited a CP asymmetry of 15\% in the isobar model, whereas the $f_2(1270)$ mode had a 40\% asymmetry. On the contrary, CP asymmetry for the dominant quasi-two-body decay $B^-\to\rho^0\pi^-$ was found to be consistent with zero in all three approaches, while all the existing…

Flavor dependence of annihilation parameters in QCD factorization

For $B_{d,s} \to \pi^\mp K^\pm$ and $K^{(\ast)} K^{(\ast)}$ decays, the flavor symmetry breaking effects may be particularly small since the final state interactions should be the same between the

Probing spectator scattering and annihilation corrections in $B_{s} \to PV$ decays

Motivated by the recent LHCb measurements on $\bar{B}_{s}$ $\to$ $\pi^{-}K^{*+}$ and $\bar{B}_{s}$ $\to$ $K^{\pm}K^{*\mp}$ decay modes, we revisit the $B_{s}$ $\to$ $PV$ decays within QCD

QCD Factorization for Charmless Hadronic B_s Decays Revisited

Branching fractions and $CP$-violating asymmetries of charmless ${\overline{B}}_{s}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}PP$, $VP$, $VV$ decays ($P$ and $V$ denoting pseudoscalar and vector mesons, respectively)

Charmless two-body B (s) →VP decays in soft collinear effective theory

We provide the analysis of charmless two-body $B\ensuremath{\rightarrow}VP$ decays under the framework of the soft collinear effective theory (SCET), where $V(P)$ denotes a light vector

Observation of Several Sources of CP Violation in B^{+}→π^{+}π^{+}π^{-} Decays.

The results provide both qualitative and quantitative new insights into CP -violation effects in hadronic B decays.

Revisiting Charmless Hadronic B(u,d) Decays in QCD Factorization

Within the framework of QCD factorization, we consider two different types of power correction effects in order to resolve the $CP$ puzzles and rate deficit problems with penguin-dominated two-body

Revisiting charmless hadronic B decays to scalar mesons

Hadronic charmless B decays to scalar mesons are studied within the framework of QCD factorization (QCDF). Considering two different scenarios for scalar mesons above 1 GeV, we find that the data

Quasi-two-body decays B(s)→PD0*(2400)→PDπ in the perturbative QCD approach

We study the quasi-two-body decays $B\ensuremath{\rightarrow}P{D}_{0}^{*}(2400)\ensuremath{\rightarrow}PD\ensuremath{\pi}$ with

Analysis of charmless two-body B decays in factorization-assisted topological-amplitude approach

We analyze charmless two-body non-leptonic B decays $$B \rightarrow PP, PV$$B→PP,PV under the framework of a factorization-assisted topological-amplitude approach, where P(V) denotes a light
