Objective- To evaluate the analgesic and anti-inflammatory activities of aqueous and ethanolic extracts of Coriandrumsativum (C.sativum) seeds. Material and methods - The aqueous and ethanolic extracts of C.sativum seeds were prepared using Soxhlet apparatus. After an acute toxicity study performed in a previous study as per OECD-425 Guidelines, doses of 250mg/kg and 500mg/kg of each extract were selected.
