  • Observations of chemical anomalies in different points of the Hertzsprung‐Russel diagram suggest that some ‘‘non‐standard’’ processes mixed the stellar interior. We show how we can use the observations of the 12C/13C ratios in evolved low‐mass stars to identify and describe the mixing processes which should be part of stellar modelling.
