BACKGROUND CD30 (Ki-1) positive anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) has been only rarely described in HIV-positive patients. METHODS The clinicopathologic features of eight ALCLs occurring in four AIDS and four HIV-positive patients were investigated.
