Whether cerebral autosomal-dominant arteriopathy with subcortical infarcts and leukoencephalopathy (CADASIL) is a risk factor for spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) and influences outcomes remains unclear. In this study, we report two cases of CADASIL presenting with cerebral hemorrhages.
