Bubbles in Planetary Nebulae and Clusters of Galaxies : Precessing Jets

I derive the condition for narrow jets with varying axis, e.g., precessing jets, to inflate more or less spherical (fat) bubbles in planetary nebulae and clusters of galaxies.
