A case of bronchopulmonary foregut malformation (BPFM) detected by multislice computed tomography with three-dimensional reconstruction (MSCT/3D) is reported. Concern for aspiration frequently limits the use of radiopaque contrast agents when anomalies of the lung and esophagus are suspected.
