Bright-field transmission imaging of carbon nanofibers on bulk substrate using conventional scanning electron microscopy

Abstract

The authors present scanning transmission electron microscopy STEM of carbon nanofibers CNFs on a bulk substrate using conventional scanning electron microscopy SEM without specimen thinning.
