BACKGROUND Cerebral Revascularization for Management of Complex Middle cerebral artery (MCA) Aneurysms OBJECTIVE: To analyze a consecutive series of patients with MCA aneurysms who needed an adjunctive cerebral revascularization procedure to achieve aneurysm occlusion with preservation of flow through all MCA branches.
