Milk is a whole-food with numerous nutritive components; especially for infants, as milk/milkbased formulas are the only source of nutrition. However, casein free diet is recommended for infants with immunological sensitivities; yet the reason is unknown. It is hard to eliminate milk from diet of sensitive individuals.
