The putative movement protein gene (p27) plus 5' and 3' flanking sequences of cucumber leaf spot aureusvirus (CLSV) was inserted into an infectious cucumber necrosis tombusvirus (CNV) cDNA clone containing a deletion in the cell-to-cell movement protein gene.
