  • PURPOSE To evaluate the use of blueberry juice as an oral contrast agent in magnetic resonance (MR) imaging. MATERIALS AND METHODS MR imaging of phantoms of blueberry juice and of manganese chloride solutions with different manganese concentrations were conducted.
