Thermodynamic stability of plasma/serum major proteins of 14 adult women with breast cancer (BC) without any distant metastasis in post-surgical period from one month to 5 and 17 years has been studied. It was demonstrated that only a simultaneous increase in thermodynamic stability (Tm) and melting interval (DTm) of the main fatless albumin fraction by 2° and 3°, respectively, in comparison with the norm, as well as a new weakly expressed shoulder that appeared in range 57-60°C from the low… CONTINUE READING
