PURPOSE To investigate blood perfusion of vertebral lesions using dynamic Gd-DTPA-enhanced MRI. MATERIALS AND METHODS Dynamic MR studies were performed for cases of acute compression fracture, chronic compression fracture, metastatic vertebral lesions with or without compression fracture.
