Spinal anaesthesia is associated with certain complications such as severe hypotension, post-spinal headache, meningitis, audiovisual disturbances and some time transient or permanent neurological damage. Now-a-days spinal anaesthesia is in demand again due to cost effectiveness, rapidity and predictability of effects and decreased rate of complications.
