To obtain novel biodegradable sirolimus-releasing polymer films that could release nanovehicles incorporating sirolimus, polyester, a water-soluble amphiphilic phospholipid polymer, and sirolimus were blended. The sirolimus-releasing polymer films were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and differential scanning calorimetry.
