  • ABSTRACT This study aimed to determine the effect of sublethal doses of deltamethrin, using biochemical biomarkers as activities of cholinesterase (ChE), ethoxyresorufin-O-deethylase (EROD) and the Na + K + - ATPase and levels of total cytochrome P450 (CYP450). Fishes received sublethal doses of deltamethrin and were sacrificed after 96 h of exposure. Samples of gills, heart, brain, liver and muscle were collected for enzymatic analyses.
