Lysaketotriol (1) and lysaketodiol (2), along with two previously known polyhydroxylated steroidal sulfates (3, 4), were isolated from the ethanolic extract of ambulakrums separated from the arms of the starfish Lysastrosoma anthosticta (Sea of Japan).
