Abstract

The binding of tritiated benzimidazole carbamates ([3H]BZCs) to mammalian brain tubulin was examined to investigate the kinetics of the BZC-tubulin interaction and to establish the mechanism of the selective toxicity of the BZC based anthelmintics.
