Some piezomagnetic properties, i.e. magnetomechanical coupling coefficient k, Young's moduli at constant magnetic field E H and at constant induction E B and internal friction coefficient Q-1, as functions of magnetic bias up to 3 kA/m and of amplitude of an alternating magnetic field up to 15 A/m have been investigated with the resonant methods at ultrasonic frequencies ranging from 30 to 60 kHz for as quenched amorphous alloys of compositions Fe 81 B 15 Si 4 , Fe 81 B 17 Si 2 and Fe 81 B 19… CONTINUE READING
