Abstract

Diazepam and chlordiazepoxide produced a dose-dependent inhibition of ambulatory activity, motor execution and sexual behavior. The benzodiazepine antagonist flumazenil had no effect on these behaviors, while the inverse agonist FG 7142 inhibited sexual behavior without affecting motor functions.
