BACKGROUND Benign nasal and paranasal sinus masses are commonly encountered in clinical practice. Though benign, certain nasal polyps, fungal sinusitis, hemangiomas and fibro-osseous tumors can present with locally destructive features and deformities, mimicking malignancies at once.
