Abstract : The purpose of this project was to assess the economic value of DoD standardizing on one software high order language (HOL). Three decision analytic models (i.e. EVAL, SPREAD, and DECISION) were created to make the economic benefit decision for the proposed DoD Common HOL. All models were implemented in APL for the IBM 5100 computer.
