The Omega (α)-3 and α-6 poly unsaturated fatty acids are dietary essential constituents of human diet. As our body cannot de novo synthesize it, so, it must be consumed through diet. Fish oil is a major source of ω−3 and ω−6 essential fatty acids. It prevents major heart diseases, cancer, diabetes, mental disorder, arthritis and many other health problems.
