Energy consumption management has become an essential concept in cloud computing. In this paper, we propose a new power aware load balancing, named Bee-MMT (artificial bee colony algorithm-Minimal migration time), to decline power consumption in cloud computing; as a result of this decline, CO2 production and operational cost will be decreased.
