The principal objective of this study was to investigate whether follicular center cell lymphomas occur among B-cell lymphoma of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT). We used a molecular genetic/immunohistochemical approach and analysed 21 cases with the primary site in the gastrointestinal tract.
