Bazex acrokeratosis is a set of pathological signs and symptoms that involve a predominantly acral psoriasiform dermatosis. It appears as a paraneoplastic syndrome associated with cancer of the upper aerodigestive tract or the cervicomediastinal area and can even appear before the tumour pathology.
