Squamous cell carcinoma is the second most common cancer of the skin. This tumor arises predominantly in sun exposed actinically damaged areas. Implicated as predisposing factors, in addition to sunlight, these are industrial carcinogens, chronic ulcers, and ionizing radiation [1].
