This paper analyses Fractional Frequency Reuse (FFR) for Real Time (RT) traffic in an OFDMA cellular networks such as Long Term Evolution (LTE) and Worldwide interoperability for Microwave Access (WiMAX). In these networks, frequency reuse factor of unity is usually considered.
