The bandwidth of an E-shaped microstrip antenna is optimized using the genetic algorithm (GA) based on fuzzy decision making. The method of moments is employed for the analysis of the microstrip antenna at the frequency band of 1.8 GHz to 2.6 GHz by the optimization parameters of supply locations and slot dimensions.
