Joint mobility is an advantage to sport technique optimization. The aim of this work was to examine the relationships between hip angular velocity and angular acceleration and the tension level of Rectus Femoris (RF), Vastus Medialis (VM) and Biceps Femoris (BF) muscles during execution of a ballistic stretching exercise.
