The rare decay B→πℓ^{+}ℓ^{-} arises from b→d flavor-changing neutral currents and could be sensitive to physics beyond the standard model. Here, we present the first ab initio QCD calculation of the B→π tensor form factor f_{T}. Together with the vector and scalar form factors f_{+} and f_{0} from our companion work [J. A. Bailey et al., Phys. Rev. D 92, 014024 (2015)], these parametrize the hadronic contribution to B→π semileptonic decays in any extension of the standard model. We obtain the…

Mono-τ Signatures at the LHC Constrain Explanations of B-decay Anomalies.
Using an exhaustive set of effective operators and heavy mediators it is found that the current ATLAS and CMS data constrain scenarios addressing anomalies in B decays, and the sensitivity that will be achieved in the high-luminosity phase of the LHC will probe all the possible scenarios that explain the anomalies.
B (s)0 -mixing matrix elements from lattice QCD for the Standard Model and beyond
We calculate---for the first time in three-flavor lattice QCD---the hadronic matrix elements of all five local operators that contribute to neutral ${B}^{0}$- and ${B}_{s}$-meson mixing in and beyond
The B ¯ → π form factors from QCD and their impact on |V ub |.
It is found that a modification to the commonly used BCL parametrization is crucial to interpolate the scalar form factor between the two q 2 regions and all duality threshold parameters from a Bayesian fit for the first time are determined.
08191 8 B-meson decay constants , mixing parameters and form factors
The (semi)leptonic decay and mixing processes of B(s) mesons have been playing a crucial role in flavour physics. In particular, they contain important information for the investigation of the b−d
Mapping out the space for new physics with leptonic and semileptonic $$B_{(c)}$$ decays
Decays of B mesons with leptons in the final state offer an interesting laboratory to search for possible effects of physics from beyond the Standard Model. In view of puzzling patterns in
Study of Bs→K(*)ℓ+ℓ− decays in the PQCD factorization approach with lattice QCD input
In this paper, we studied systematically the semileptonic decays $B_s \to \phi \ell^+ \ell^-$ with $\ell^-=(e^-,\mu^-,\tau^-)$ by using the perturbative QCD (PQCD) and the ``PQCD+Lattice"
B- and D-meson leptonic decay constants from four-flavor lattice QCD
We calculate the leptonic decay constants of heavy-light pseudoscalar mesons with charm and bottom quarks in lattice quantum chromodynamics on four-flavor QCD gauge-field configurations with
Review of lattice results concerning low-energy particle physics
The determination of the light-quark masses, the form factor, and the decay constant ratio arising in the semileptonic $$K \rightarrow \pi $$K→π transition at zero momentum transfer are reported on.
Rare $B$ Decays as Tests of the Standard Model
03 B s → K ` ν ` and B ( s ) → π ( K ) ` + ` − decays at large recoil and CKM matrix elements
We provide hadronic input for the B-meson semileptonic transitions to a light pseudoscalar meson at large recoil. The Bs → K form factor calculated from QCD lightcone sum rule is updated, to be used

Search for lepton-flavor-violating tau-lepton decays to ‘γ at Belle The BELLE collaboration
: Charged lepton flavor violation is forbidden in the Standard Model but pos-sible in several new physics scenarios. In many of these models, the radiative decays τ ± → ‘ ± γ ( ‘ = e, µ ) are
The LHCb Collaboration
We measure the B0 − B0 mixing frequency ∆md using ∼ 6000 B0 → D−(K+π−π−)π+ candidates from 36 pb−1 of data taken in physics runs of the LHCb experiment in 2010. We use opposite and same side tagging
