To the Editors: In a recent issue of the Ann Surg Oncol, Dauphine et al. contribute to the debate around the validation of three scoring systems predicting non-sentinel-node (non-SN) metastasis in breast cancer patients with a metastatic sentinel node (SN). We found this article interesting, but it raises several comments.
