Autosomal dominant nocturnal frontal lobe epilepsy (ADNFLE) is a newly recognized autosomal dominant partial epilepsy. We studied seizure localization and intrafamilial variation using video-EEG monitoring (VEM) and functional neuroimaging in two pairs of subjects from unrelated families.
